Workshop items require unknown base mods

I have subscribed to a lot of things in the workshop but I am getting errors from some of them when trying to install. I get "Requires Unknown Base Mod to be installed" for the following items:
Brianza 1966 track, Dover_Oval 2016 track, URD_T5 _Aura 2.03, URD_T5_Bayro 2.03 and URD_T5_Maures 2.03.
Any insight on to what i need to do would be greatly appreciated.

A lot of issues with the cars are caused by skin packs, so for the cars I'd disable skin packs and try again, then re-enable skin packs.

Brianza_1966_v2.04.rfcmp needs to be installed before Braianza66_Oval_Addon.rfcmp

Dover_Oval_2016_v160.rfcmp needs to be installed before Dover_Oval_2016_GridBR.rfcmp

Hope this helps, I have literally every workshop item installed in my game so I know it is doable (except those FLAT6 mods and other few select pieces of garbage).

That worked! If you have every workshop item, how long does it take for your game to load? lol. mine takes forever as it is with an ssd.

this way to use mods its a joke... in the multiplayer laucher we want a tab only showing the official content.. because its imposible to join a race in this conditions. joining a race takes forever... after downloading the trash mod shows up a windows and says bla bla bla error , error and more errors...by losing all the morning with foolishness. i like this game a lot. but i use it for offline mode only... about this terrible mess in the multiplayer menu and trash mods that i dont want...
