Welcome to the rFactor 2 workshop, where you can create, share and subscribe to a wide range of tracks and cars.
Is there a log file of the installation of workshop items?
Sooo..

I Subscribed to every workshop item in one go and didnt think that some could rely on the DLC.. and now every time I launch the game it tries to installed them again.

Is there a log file of the workshop mod installation process so I can go and unsubscribe?

for now i have used the offline launch command.

edit: I don't know why I thought it was a good idea to subscribe to everything, it takes a long time to load the game.

I'm probably just going to unsubscribe from everything lol

I made the mistake of subscribing to everything, so I made an even more bonkers decision to download the entire workshop one by one, taking the numbers from the workshop page URLs and searching for the folders in the workshop downloads on my hard drive, and I've sorted the entire workshop by cars, tracks, HUDs, car/track combo mods, custom default UIs, and even one spotter mod. Now as I need things I'll install them and not need to wait for a long download time if I ever reinstall my game. If my version is outdated it will update when I connect to a public lobby and that mod will be saved in the games packages folder for me to update my collection with. It really is great after you go through the initial 3 days of downloading everything. The way the game handles the content, it still would make two copies of everything you download. One downloaded copy, and one installed copy. It's inevitable. So I saved the entire workshop on a second hard drive.

I only recommend this for the hardest of core data hoarders.
