Uploading a mod to Steam

For whatever reason the Sega launcher doesn't upload, is there anything I need to know?

just out of curiosity have you attached a pic to your mod in the data file

I did place a pic in the folder and renamed it the same as the mod. Is there a way to attach it that I'm unaware of?

did you have it as a PNG file and i belive the size has to be 256-256 just a thought if not i am at a loss there is some help on the total war center forums i belive
