crossair not changing

my crossair is locked in one style and i cannot change it. I 've tried deleting the config.sav and session.sav (i saw that on another forum for the same issue) and i still couldnt change it. What can i do?

It's not a very big download if you have a decent internet connection. I've just deleted and reinstalled when I've had a similar issue and it always clears it up; to be fair that's only been twice, and one time was my fault.
