Removing a mod
I have removed a mod via unsubscribe, but still see the mod in my mod list.

I have also clear D:\documents\My Games\XCOM Chimera Squad\XComGame\Config

I have installed and removed many mods but only one give me this trouble.

https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2074570293&searchtext=

I also manually deleted the mod folder.

Subscribed and unsubscribed but the mod is still in the game launcher mod list.

Any idea ?

The launcher is buggy, I also have phantom mods on it. Mods can be loaded from multiple places but Steam places workshop mods into: "..\Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\882100", so if it's clear then the mod is uninstalled but your launcher's bugged. You can also check your, "..Documents\My Games\XCOM Chimera Squad\XComGame\Logs", in "Launch.log" it will say something like:

[0004.31] Log: Logged in as 'chair5768'
[0004.31] Log: Checking DLC installation for ../../XcomGame/Mods/AdditionalSpecOpsSlots ...
[0004.31] Log: IS INSTALLED : YES
[0004.31] Log: Checking DLC installation for D:\Games\Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\882100\2080129129 ...
[0004.31] Log: IS INSTALLED : YES

For all mods you have installed. That's installed, not active. Unfortunately it doesn't differentiate between installed and active.

If you find a way to fix your launcher list, let me know. It annoys me too but I didn't find where the launcher is storing its bad info.

Yes my phantom mod is not in
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\882100
