Hello everyone! I was just wondering if someone could give me some pointers on custom paint schemes for making themed areas. I saw in another thread that you only need a paint program to make them, and I see that they are stored as PNG files. Is there any programming involved to make them show up in the game? I'm familiar with modding but I'm not a modder (if that makes sense). Thank you in advance for any help!
