Is there a mod that makes the UI smaller?

For whatever reason, this game will not run in fullscreen for me. It randomly crashes when I do, but even then, the UI is just so massive. Is there a mod to make the UI smaller?

There's not a Mod, there is this option though.

It's been a while since I tested it, but I found it easy to set up.

Lol, I'm old enough, I should be. I'll play it the way it is till it starts to bother me and then I'll prob play around with it. Lol
