Mod that reduces turns to complete stuff?

I've dug around in workshop looking for a mod that reduces the amount of turns it takes for research, building, and training troops. I've never really been good that these games but I've enjoyed them. I just want to sit back and build a mighty empire without all the waiting. I sort of want a mod that makes everything take only 1 turn, actually. Is there a mod like this that I overlooked?

with freeform custom faction you can give the vaulters ability to buyout technology to any custom factions you create you can then modify the FactionTraits[Affinity] file with notepad and give any faction 10000 trait points or 10000000 starting dust with this you can buy all tech on the first turn. hope this helps !
