This would have to be done by the developers (it's not possible as a workshop mod). Having said that, you can open your save file and just copy and paste and member of staff and it'll add more... If you know how to do that of course. :)

So angry that you cannot cheat, hmm :p There are videos for modding but none for cheating, no. Your save files are in This PC/Local Disk/Users/Username/AppData/LocalLow/JutsuGames/911 Operator and then in Career for career saves and FreeGames for free game saves.

Marksman is for the police, firstaid for medics and skill for firefighters. There are assigned per vehicle though so you may wish to duplicate whole vehicles (be sure to change the squadNo).

Just run CheatEngine , run the 911 operator and search your money , than buy something and scan it again and put there money you want to ... its easy but its hard to say ...

It's Ö on German keyboards, but on most other languages it's the tilde key ¬` (usually the top left of your keyboard).
