Mod Request: Job Accident Injuries
I thought of a new mod to add a bit more realism: injuries during the job. Basically, not all accidents on the job are fatal (even in real life).

An accident injury is treated like an illness, the citizen will need recovery at home, herbalist, or in a hospital. Following the injury, the citizen's health will drop greatly until the injury is recovered from.

Job examples that may cause injuries as a result of an accident: Hunter, Forester, Miner, Stonecutter, Doctor, Builder, Fisher, etc.

Notification of accident has a medical + icon. Examples:
(Name) was attacked by a boar!
(Name) was wounded by a falling tree!
(Name) barely escaped a cave in!
(Name) was hit by a rock!
(Name) took the wrong medicine and became ill!
(Name) was wounded in a construction accident!
(Name) fell off the pier and nearly drowned!

With this mod, the chance of accidents occuring will increase, but the chance of accident deaths will decrease, some of the chance replaced with injuries.

That can't really be done I'm afraid.

The only way to add things that force people to visit the hospital or stay home can only be by adding "diseases". I believe you could set them to be non-contagious and give them "Hunting accident" or "Licked the rocks in the mine and got sick" names, but you couldn't make them target only the workers in specific places. It would always affect a completely random person, like a 2yo kid.

The only "events" you can customize for workplaces are the death ones, and that's something some mods have gotten quite creative with. Some of the death-messages in Colonial Charter are pretty gruesome (Falling in molten metal at the Foundry? Yikes!).

So basically you can have a mod that adds random accident-like diseases that might give you a drowning accident for a miner, or you can add death-flavours to some jobs, but not job-specific accident chances.
