Eccentric Gentleman has Surviving Mars

How do you upload something to the workshop?

I know this might be an obvious question but I can't figure it out.
I can't find anything in the game for uploading mods to the workshop, or in the steam screen.
And all the guides I've found seem to be for other games. So how do you upload something to the Surviving Mars workshop? Also, how do you upload it to the Paradox workshop?

To upload to Steam, press the button with an up arrow next to the letter S, next to the Delete and Cut buttons. See the second and third screenshots in this guide:

The buttons with P are for the Paradox mod site, but it's a pain to use so I just use Steam.
