Mod Suggestion: Large/Small stone for blocks

Would some modder out there make a simple mod that allows you to use either (or a combination of both) size stone to build the various stone blocks like walls, cube, etc.? Is it even possible?

I'm not sure on what and why = ??

The Devs had to change the stones to small ones for the game to work properly.

Maybe share more clues on that cause I really don't know what you mean.

You used to have to use large stone to build stone walls, the cube, etc. Now it's small stones and you have to take the large stones and convert them to small in the workbench to use in building walls. I want a mod that lets you use either or both. Something that would do the conversion so instead of 25 small stones for a cube, it could be 5 large stones, or any combination that adds up to the 25 small stones (i.e. like 2 large stones and 15 small). That's what I want to know if it's possible or is the game coded in such a way as it only can use small now. An alternative would be to let us convert in the Inventory screen instead of requring a workbench.
