Open your car in game editor, generate thumbnails for your car, open directory with your car
steam/...../.../streamingassets/cars/yourcar/partthumb. This folder contains the names of all required parts. Create a file parts.txt (this is price list) and put the names of the parts in this file.
Copy the names from thumbnails folder.
For example:
<parts.txt>
car_1952_hudson_hornet-bumper_front - this is a part
car_1952_hudson_hornet-bumper_front=200 (number is a price)
If everything is correct, then parts will be available in the shop section Community Body parts.
