Running out of time pretty much requires you to flat out ignore the quest entirely, in which case you simply shouldn't take randomly generated quests.
I think all Chinese speakers on this forum are quite cold and eccentric toward everyone else. Such a shame.
That may be what the review was talking about.
I to would like a mod to remove these restrictions, as I do not really enjoy having to speedrun the game over and over just to increase the level limit and difficulty of the game.
The only ones that are there are either for trivial quests or for extreme achievements only obtainable after many hours.
