Quest time limits?
I saw a negative review mentioning that a lot of quests have a hidden timer expiration date, and that seems like it could be a bit of a downer or overtly stressful to deal with on occasion, paralyzing you from going any further with quests to begin with.
So I'm wondering if a mod could solve that? Either allowing you to slow the passing of days to a crawl, (as you seem to be able to speed time up why not slow down?), make quest timers visible, or just remove them entirely?

The quest timers there talking about are from chiefs at outpost. Example: Our people have run off there's 3 group please find them in 7 days. That sort of timer.

But nothing is hidden it tells you in the quest log

None of the timers are hidden and they are plenty generous.
Running out of time pretty much requires you to flat out ignore the quest entirely, in which case you simply shouldn't take randomly generated quests.

I love that the english speakers would answer questions even here on this mod discussion page.
I think all Chinese speakers on this forum are quite cold and eccentric toward everyone else. Such a shame.

The only problem I have with the game at the moment is that days pass way too quickly in a general sense, could do with being slower.

Other than quests, there are also timed goals that can be very restricting and limiting of gameplay, forcing a certain paced march rather than enjoying your time playing the game. Some of them must be completed within 60 days, 120, and 180 days of game creation for them to count towards unlocking points. The difficulty+ stone is the most annoying one, since it requires you speedrun the game in order to extend it's lifetime, which can be very difficult, especially at higher difficulty+.

That may be what the review was talking about.
I to would like a mod to remove these restrictions, as I do not really enjoy having to speedrun the game over and over just to increase the level limit and difficulty of the game.

to be fair though the devs probably have that in place since for most people if you cant beat the campaign in 180 days, you would probably not be able to make use of the difficulty modifiers(i think you can do the +5 just by beating the game the first time) especially if you go into hard or epic with say a +10 where hp on hero units and bosses is up in the billions and they attack supper often

There are no critical time limits in the game, you can play at your own pace.
The only ones that are there are either for trivial quests or for extreme achievements only obtainable after many hours.
