Nameless Sultan City?

I love the super city that the Sultan gets, but hate their class. Is there a mod (I didn't see one in English, so I'm hoping there's one in Chinese) that allows you to either buy classes as a non Nameless or that allows the Nameless to get the Sultan's city?

The only way i see that possible is to start as Sultan but pick other class skills during creation.

is there a mod that gives other classes the ability to pick those class trees i thought they were only for the nameless?
