Logic question

I`ve got a system inwhich you have to put sheeps in a zone, by now it yet works perfectly but there one small problem. You can just constantly take a sheep in and out till you win. Does anyone know how i can fix it

(Ps: the reset sheep fuction on entry crashes my game)
