Help with mutations?

i wanna get started with doing skins and mutations but i cant figure out how to make mutations anybody can help me out?

Pretty much everyone uses Blender (which is free) for making mutations, then you need the .fbx models to edit them, which can be found here https://primalcarnage.com/devwiki/index.php?title=Main_Page
