Crediting someone

If i make a concept, and someone will want to make the "Thing" from concept. He makes "Thing" and it's in workshop, and im credited there, do i get the personal "Thing" aswell? Or only the person that makes the "Thing"?

I'm pretty sure that the personal version is given to the person that actually creates and uploads the item.

the one that uploads the item gets a personal and anyone credited in the description or as secondary creator gets a personal item as well.
however, in order to be eligible for personal items you must have been part of the creation process of the item. coming up with a name/description for it is not enough.
