I am new to all this, and learn new things every time I start the zoo. Just learning about the Workshop and how to "subscribe" to these cool items people have made. My question is actually 2 questions.

1) Many items from the workshop appear to float quite a distance off the ground when I set them in the zoo. How can I fix this? Obviously I can't make paths connect when the items are not on the ground.

2) I have a couple of things I have tried so far (such as a building that contains multiple Staff facilities in it) and it all looks good, connects as expected....but the staff members walk up to it then turn around and walk away with a dejected look on their faces. What is wrong? (there is power)
