How do I post to workshop?

I never posted anything before but I have a tech here I think is worthy of sharing.

I can't seem to find a step by step for TerreTech specifically.

take a picture of your tech, name your tech, and click post to workshop (i think that's what it says)
then give a discription of your tech, (battery life, number of shields, takeoff distance, (if it's a plane) handling, how well can it go over rough terrain) choose which categories the tech falls under, and done.

Wow, I didnt think it would be in-game! When I snapshot I usually ignore most of the menu because it used to be only twitter, haha, Thank you sneekyd1!
