Where are the files for Attributes, Ability Points, and Talents?

So, I have started figuring out this tool at least a little bit, and I have decided to mod the class presets. However, while I was able to find the SkillSet and Equipment files easily enough, I cannot for the life of me find the files that contain the Attributes, Combat Ability Points, Civil Ability Points, and Talents!

The closest I've been able to find is a file called "Character" that lists the stats and stuff for generic characters (primarily AI characters), but I cannot find the file that has the four aforementioned things for the Class Presets. Someone please help!

P.S. Before anyone says anything about the Character_Creation_Pack, I have looked and it's empty. Not sure if it's supposed to be empty or not, but it's empty for me. I have also looked for the folder I found out about on the Wiki- /DOS2/Data/Mods/Shared/CharacterCreation/- but that doesn't exist, no matter what shared folder I look in (because there are some in other locations nearby).

I do know that the Divinity Engine 2 always says that versions are out of sync when I launch it (It says something along the lines of "Your game is too new for this editor"). If that might have something to do with it, I dunno what to do because I cannot seem to find a way to update the Divinity Engine 2...
