Hello everyone. I have never made a mod before, and as much as I have tried, I cannot figure out all the details to made this mod.

So, I have decided to ask those of you that make mods if you'd be interested in investigating this concept I have come up with. It's basically a mod to the combat abilities, the skills, and the class presets (as well as some racials and stuff).
