Transfer vehicles between Steam and Microsoft versions?
I bought the Microsoft cross-platform version as well so I could play with Xbox'ers, but couldn't access my vehicles from the Steam version. Is it possible to transfer something I make between versions?

Otherwise maybe meeting myself in multiplayer with Steam and MS versions logged in, I could grab the vehicle there..

No, there is no way. There is also no cross play between steam and xbox, so trying to join yourself won't work either
