Mod error when creating game

Hi guys looking for some help with proper mod placements and what mods no longer work been trying to figure it out but the game says my mods are out of date. Any help would be great thank you !

just do few mods at a time until it no longer has issue, to tired and everything to help more then that atm, suggest searching forum and the mods themselves if somehow that fails.

It did fail it was the first thing i attempted at but for whatever reason it stayed even though i am under the impression they should work.
