This is a very cool site to get game models, but unfortunately these are all copy-written because they are direct rips from games. Below pretty much says these can't be used in any monetary gain sort of way (which using in a paid game as Superliminal counts). However, it's not being implemented directly into the game by the developers and not directly making money from this model, so us by modifying the model to load into Superliminal puts it in a grey area.
TL;DR: I'll give it a go, but models like these may eventually be taken down if any original company (SEGA, in this instance) demands things be removed. (doubtful, but just giving the fyi and warnings)
UPDATE:
perhaps you could do Niko from Oneshot? in the comments of the sketchfab post the author provides a link and says it's free to use
I'll give it a go this weekend. The model uses some transparent textures, which I haven't tried yet in Superliminal, so may need to model those things. The overall textures is cell-shader looking and low poly, so if I get time, I may "beautify" it a bit in later revisions.
