Changing the decision tree?

I want one thing. Just one. Shifting the 'learn Library spells' priority up a bit. How would one do this?

Should be pretty simple to do, just find the decision tree file(s) for the hero you want to modify and move this line up higher on the list:

if ($check_library(thisagent,X, "Learn_generic_spell") == FALSE)
