I, for one, would like to see the virus scanner take a bit more time to run. Nothing fancy, but making it take even 1 minute to run (30 to scan, 30 to clean) with variations based on number of files scanned and number to be cleaned, would add a heap of realism to the game, which is all pretty darn realistic. So, let's say let it take 30 seconds for 30,000 files scanned, and 30 seconds to clean 300 files. Set a random number to each PC you get and good to go.
