Sprinting mod?
Left thumb stick click for sprinting would be nice.

Just add following into your Alyx Launch Options on Steam

+hlvr_continuous_normal_speed 200 +hlvr_continuous_combat_speed 200

Change the value "Speed" as you prefer

But you can also use the Sprint Mod from the Workshop with more Settings
