Ideas for SCP inspired dungeon and enemies.
Dungeon name: Abyssal Prison
Story: You have been asked by a previously unknown group that deals in capturing horrific beings and cursed objects to help them reassert control over one of their prisons that has had a complete breakdown of containment.
Curios:

Dead body: chance for loot, supplies, or zombie encounter

Document cabinet: Journals, loot, sometimes stress

Scp-500: rare, cure all disease and affliction on the hero that interacts with it

Scp-914: rare, buff a heroes crit and speed if no provision used, gives random gems(including dodecahedron) when any gem is used on it

Enemies(should probably change their names and designs to make them fit into darkest dungeon better):

Common:
Scp-008 zombie: Weak size 1 enemy similar to bone rabble, but with a chance to inflict disease.

Scp-016 mutant: Starts off weak like scp-008 but buffs itself based on what move was first used on it and gains a debuff preventing it from buffing itself again. For example if it was hit with a damaging move it will gain prot and damage, if bleed or blighted it will gain a small but permanent regeneration, if debuffed it will boost it's resistances, if stunned it will gain dodge and speed, if marked it will gain an extra action per round, if moved will gain a new attack that can hit from anywhere.

Scp-3199: size 1 or 2, low damage and fairly high health, can guard other enemies and when killed drops an egg with extremely high protection and bleed resist that hatches into a new 3199 after 3 turns.

Scp-966: size 1, light stress dealer that's weak all around but inflicts a massive stress and healing debuff that take effect at camp, starts fight stealthed for 5 rounds.

Miniboss:

Scp-939: random miniboss that always surprises, size 2 and comes in pairs, decent damage and can deal stress by mimicking voices, can steal buffs from those it attacks much like it steals voices.

Bosses:

Scp-173: Size 1 or 2, stonework, 0 speed on first round but 20 speed after first round, extremely high damage attack with chance to instant-kill, cannot move while marked(watched)

Scp-049: size 1, starts fight off with 3 mutants in front of it, can't do anything in spots 3 or 4 but in spots 1 and 2 can charm a hero(like the siren) for the rest of the battle(limit of 3 uses to prevent an entire team being charmed and causing issues).

Scp-096: size 1 or 2, High damage and health, permanent repost and gains 1 action while marked, can mark self.

Scp-682: size 3, extremely high health, high damage, can move and stun party members, every time it takes damage(from ANYTHING) it permanently gains 1 point of regeneration and permanently buffs its resistances and protection, becoming harder and harder to out-damage it's regeneration the more you hit it.

These are some really cool ideas! I hope you don't mind if I suggest some more Darkest-Dungeon-esque names for the items and enemies.

SCP-500: Mysterious Tablets

SCP-914: Machine of Conversion

SCP-008-1: Shambling Cadaver

SCP- 016-1: Possessed Cadaver (Becomes Resistant Cadaver upon getting hit and buffing itself.)

SCP-3199: Fowl Abomination

SCP-916: Sleep Killer (Perhaps it's debuff also works as a disease or negative quirk?)

SCP-939: Voice Stealer

SCP-173: Bizarre Statue

SCP-049: Strange Plague Doctor (Not sure how I feel about him charming people of all things, and not really sure that he'd even be a fight. I think he'd be more interesting as maybe a 'curio' of sorts, someone you can find and interact with. Maybe a fight with zombies will occur, or maybe he'll offer antivenom!)

SCP-096: Weeping Creature (Maybe you can retreat from the battle if you didn't attack it, and it will be gone.)

I love your names for them!
Also your ideas are very good, I especially like the 966/Sleep Killers debuff being a disease or negative quirk because while it does make negating it a bit more of a hassle it only affects camp so not too terrible.

I just realized an important aspect I forgot; trinkets!

Rare drops:
Durable eggshell: Rarely dropped by 3199/Fowl Abomination: gives a block when resisting a deathblow.

Thieving Vocal cords: Rare drop from 939/ Voice stealer: +10% monster surprised chance, 25% chance to steal enemy buffs on hit.

Trophy:

Hostile concrete chunk: Trophy for 173/Bizarre statue: +25% speed and damage while not marked, -100% speed and damage while marked.

Mask of the cure: Trophy for 049/Strange Plague Doctor: Makes "Battlefield medicine" gives large buffs to disease and debuff resist on the target.

Forbidden Visage(it's his face): Trophy for 096/Weeping Creature: +50% riposte damage, gain an extra action while marked, small chance to summon 096/Weeping creature for a rematch at camp.

Adaptive Scale: Trophy for 682/Unkillable Fiend: Buffs bleed/blight and deathblow resist when hit for 3 rounds, +15 stress.
