The active mods devs are actually working very hard since yesterday to update their mods. Unfortunately, a lot are no more supported and will stay broken.

Are you kidding? The game devs change the game code so much that previous savegames don't work. Do you really think that they give a damn about broken mods?
ChoGGi as others are ongoing overwork to fix their mods without even the littlest help from the game devs.

all the mods i use have been updated except a few from skiri and lukes. you must be using some real old outdated mods than.

I guess it depends on your definitation of "old" and "outdated". Even ChoGGi and SkiRich don't still have updated all their mods, and they have aknowledged that it will take several days at best given as deep the Picard update has changed code.
I also use some that the devs are not as reactive… And a couple of them don't have counterpart, like Correct Lake Water Loss, Enhanced Landscaping and Reduced maintenance when idle.

I am trying to use the silva mods and they are having issues.

The separate mods from Silva are deprecated. All his work is now in a megamod and is up to date.
