The real question is how come every time this is asked it just vanishes from the forums.

No one knows, maybe someone knows, but the answer wont change anything. If you want it grab it before it vanishes or gets broken.

Yes, and I believe it was illegally posted. Meaning the person posting it did not own it possibly. So it only makes sense that the actual owner requested it be removed. It happens every now and then in this community.
