Your best bet might be to go ask on WorldOfBanished.com, that's where many modders hang out.

Registration is notoriously tricky over there. There's an email adress posted somewhere on the part of the forum you can freely access that you can contact for help for a manual registration.

Otherwise you can try the Banished Discord server, there's sometimes a couple of modders around, and often someone with another email for registration at WoB.
