I cant find a mod

there was this mod where you could select or deselect any amount of your talents.
it doesnt seem to be on the workshop anymore or im just blind

I don't know about selecting any amount, but this one lets you choose not to have a talent selected.

i think it was called "Talented". im more or less looking for a mod to select every talent
