Mod Manager.....?????

Is there any specified Banished only mod manager available which can help me to to manage my mods.....?????

If available, then which one is best.....?????

There is a mod manager thing hosted at WorldOfBanished.com and as far as I'm aware it's the only one that was made for this game.
I don't use it myself, but I haven't heard anyone having issues with it, so I assume it works fine.
