Houses with courtyard in the middle?

I used to play with a mod that had houses that you could build into a square that had a courtyard in the middle of them. There was a corner piece and a doorway piece. Anyone know what I'm talking about?

There are some houses like that in Colonial Charter and in Redketchup's mods.

RK's stuff is here. For the houses you want, I'd pick either the first mod (rowhouses 1.1) or the more complete RK Editor's Choice. (avoid any of the mods on that page that were published before 2017, stick to the recent ones to be perfectly safe :)

CC and RK's mods can work together, you get some small differences depending on which one is loaded above the other.
