How to make a value blank instead of zero

I have two questions

First: if I want to make the maxinstances of the wood workshop blank instead of 0, what should I write? Is it applyrules ("woodworkshop maxinstances = 0") or applyrules ("woodworkshop maxinstances = none") or something else

Second: I want to make all the buildings irreparable. I used applyrules ("building can be repaired = none") to no avail

Hi,

First: Could you explain me what is the differente between blank and zero? I mean What do you really want to do?

Second: ApplyRules("Building CanBeRepaired = false");
