I´m not a Modder and little knowlegde about programing but I would like to see a Mod that would allow us to change Skipper´s and Officers Traits.
As for the Skills we can choose when promoting them but the Skill/Trait that comes with them it´s not changeable.

As example, at my 3rd Campaign with some progress already my Skipper have Cook as Trait and a few Leaders either rewarded from missions or promoted that have the Cook trait aswell and most of my Officers of other specialties have Cook and other traits that I don´t need and will never them for anything.
It would be great, and I´m willing to bet that would be very much appreciated by the whole community and even a Campaign saver forme and many other gamers if became possible to change this annoying feature so I come here make this post sugesting that maybe a Modder would be up for the challenge and try to make something around this option.

I´ll leave here my words of appreciation for all the modders and those that reading this post and big aplause for anyone willing to try my sugestion.
