bulge mod

i would like a no limit bulge mod,
i reloaded my doomed boat 10 times to have all leaks plugged and repairs, its just at the bottom at 0% duty cycle... can anyone help out

I dont know about mods but if your out of compressed air you can activate your compressors even when submerged, though at the cost of oxygen, then try blow ballast tanks. Bulge should work better when under less pressure.
