Submitting VR Home maps containing music audio

I'm coming close to completion on a VR Home map and would like to include musical performances from early in the previous century. I know these recording are still copyrighted until the 1st of January 2022 when they will become public domain as will all recorded performances before the early 1920's. Is there any problem submitting the map before or after this occurs containing these audio files? This is really obscure music that no one listens to today. I was just wondering if there was some kind of filter to remove questionable audio files.

I don't think there is any real filters in place to check on it in the maps
However you can maybe still get some claims that can take it down if the owning company finds out and decide to act on it
May be worth to wait and just put something else there if possible till after it pass

Thanks. Yes, I'll just wait until Jan 1 to release. The audio files will have a significant effect so I'll wait. It's kind of historic that performance rights transitions to public domain were finally settled in some fashion. But you'd have to wait another 65 years before performances dated to the middle of the last century get to public domain.

Real shame, but anyway sounds really cool, cant wait now to see what it is at Jan 1
