Modding Tools Location
Where are the modding tools? I've checked the folder and the steam settings in case it was in a beta branch, but I'm not seeing them.

you will have to get the mod tools through Epic, the tool kit is free

Do you need to own MW5 on Epic to download the tools or are they separate?

MW5 Editor is free. But still you need to install EpicGames Launcher in order to gain access to 90Gb Mod Editor.
