How to upload mods to Steam Workshop for MW 5?

I have seen some early mod uploaded on the Workshop. But I don't know how to upload my mod for MW5 too. Or else, how to load mod from Nexus to Steam version?

For now, I simply download existing mod on the workshop and replace all the mod from the Nexus to the mod folder. It seem to work for me as steam is able to detect the Nexus Mod this way.

The MW5 Editor has a button to package and deploy the mod to workshop.

If you download a mod from nexus, you can just put it in the game's mods folder. It'll even let you have the same mod from both places with the steam workshop one having a steam icon next to it.
