Idea / mod request : Turn prisoner demand off from random events.

I barely play with random events because of those missions, even tough i really like the other events. Since they can make the game more challenging

But the prisoner demands are not even fun at this point anymore. Demands for less then 2 hours work? Yeah sure.... All the programs i have manually planned, trow them away.

Are there mods, or can someone make a mod that can turn off those events?

since one of the "externally demanded" events is also completely broken by the food policy split, perhaps a mod that would let you pick and choose which events can happen could be useful. people have different reasons for not wanting various events in their game. making it a full customisation would make a more useful mod in general
