Popcap Mod that also fixes the USFs Manpower Dropoff
With the latest patch, manpower drops off really quickly past the default 100 popcap if you're playing as the US. If anyone could mod that back to the default (where the lowest is 100 manpower) along with offering the different popcaps (and maybe resource multipliers), that would be really great.
