7 Long-term game mods requests
So I usually play single DS or DST world for over 2000 days and I've always struggled with some things. I am too stupid to code it myself (Would appreciate some keen mind to teach me to do so, but I guess it's not a good place to ask for such guidance) but I hope someone will do it for me, if said someone likes the idea. Anyway, I would also love to hear about any mods you can recommend that extend the game and make it even more interesting as the time goes on.

Below are my ideas for mods focused on making long games even better, I hope you will find these entertaining if you actually read them.

1. Paper storage

Very simple mod, the graphic of something that looks like umbrella storage, used to store all sorts of papers - boss dropped sketches, blueprints, maps wax paper, papyrus etc. It would allow you to stack these items infinitely so you'd not need to place 20 chests to store boss sketches.

SIDEMOD - allowing the player to update the map he'd create in the past using one quill.

2. Connected lamps

Similar to "flingomatic sharing fuel" mod, it would allow the player to switch on and off multiple lanterns placed on the ground actiavting only one of them. It should allow the player to fuel all of them at once.

SIDEMOD - a way to farm light bulbs and other light fuel, either by planting them or crafting them en mass. For example - 4 berries, one rope and one gold for 8 fabricated light bulbs, providing same or slightly reduced fuel of a light bulb.

3. Garbage storage - a 9x3 storage in which you can only store trinkets, winter's feast trinkets and this kind of stuff.

4. Display. Something that you can place on the ground to display the trinkets you've found. You could display normal items such as gold or wood. It would slow the apparent spoilage of any food or organic item by 100%. However, once you take the item from the display, it would spoil again by the amount of time it had been stored.

5. Freezer. Much like the ice box, it slows spoilage of items. It would slow spoiling of every food by 80%, seeds by 100% and meats by 75%, much like Salt Box. It is, however, powered by ice. 1 to 9 ice per day, depending on how many items you've placed in the freezer. It is designed to keep the seeds fresh.

6. Infinitely looped world creation.

Once the player discovers over 60% of the main land, another land is generated with the game's rules next to it. The way in which you need to go to find another world is indicated with a wreckage placed on the adjecant side of the world. If you hop on a boat and go this way, you'll find another world.

Another way to add more land would be to add the option to create even greater world generation, because apparently the largest is too small if you're an insane person.

The addon would be to create bridges between the boats. Bridges would be as long as half a boat and glue boats together stiffly. This way, using giant amounts of wood you would get a possibility of creating literal bridge to the lunar island - and to the other worlds.

7. Growth-stalling staff. 1 purple gem, 1 red, 1 blue, 2 living logs, 2 nightmare fuels. This staff has 15 uses and immediately freezes any living being's growth, withering and spoiling - it can be small beefalo, a growing (or fully grown) crop, marble tree, regular tree, young tallbird, grass/twigs, spider's den. It's use is decorative mostly for its considerable cost. You can however use it to store grown valuable crops such as giant crops and dragonfruit.

8. Tool usage tweak
Basically, the tools work better the hgiher their percentage. 100% axe chops stuff down as fast as a golden axe and the golden one gets respectable buff, but as these tools get down to 85% - they stay at current efficiency. As hey get to 15%, they're losing the same amount as the new ones gain - so, around 15% of speed.

Tools have very slow attack speed, but high damage. Axe deals 75 at a 1/3 Attacks/Second, Pickaxe deals 100 at 1/4 A/S. Axe can destroy wooden structures, pickaxe - rock structures.

Nightmare tools and weapons can be repaired using nightmare fuel, with 35% durability for each piece of nightmare fuel. Doable only at the Shadow Manipulator.
