I suggest you to ask for support in the discussion page of the mod itself as we can't provide support for community's projects, or just contact the mod author directly.
Out of curiosity, what mod is it?

ANY mod overhauls, the same error comes up telling me to check the logs.

This mod hasn't been updated in a while and if you see the comments in the comment section of this mod, you would see that you are not alone as it won't work for anyone.
