I'd like do make new misc item, like a heatsink, and add it to all shops in game.

How can i do this? I downloaded over 100gb of garbage (called dev-kit) and opened it (close to eternity). And what did i see - a adobe move maker UI, not IDE style. Need i 5 years study in a university to learn it?

I only need to add one (or a few) item(s) for my mechs, but it and use it. How many time and energy i'll spend (waste?) on it?
