Is modifying the SP campaign AI's behavior moddable?
Hi all. I mostly play SP due to a lack of friends who own Airships (boy are they missing out!)

So far I've been very disappointed with the campaign AI. It seems they only can make defenses and seem to only create "death fleets", a single fleet packed with as many ships as they own.

Does anyone know if the campaign AI can be modded?
