I set up a set of license plates and have been editing the files, but I can't get the updater tool to actually update with the new information. It says it is, bu doesn't ultimately DO anything. I can clear out the ID and do a new package but I don't want to do that as I have subscribers (and even a favorite!) now.

What am I doing wrong? I have added a plate and it isn't showing up. I'd appreciate someone else who has the update part of the uploader figured out.
