New Act 2 chapters can't be picked
Edit: disabling Jungle makes the other acts pickable

I subscribed to Jungle, Ruina, the Touhou chapter, and I think one other act 2 chapter. The only option I get when I beat the 1st act is to choose between Jungle and the normal act 2.
