I have been wanting a way to limit colonists educational needs to a single dome instead of the entire map. It takes a great deal of micro-management to get all the job vacancies filled when the University tries to fill every job on the planet instead of what is required locally.

I tend to build my colonies in clusters and I have been looking, but am unable to find one. I have done many searches and been through ChoGGi's entire library in hope of finding something... as yet no luck.
